PUTRAJAYA - A newly appointed pharmacist has earned widespread praise online after successfully transforming a disorganised pharmacy at a health clinic into a more efficient and organised space.

In a TikTok post, user @sisuhailah shared her initial shock at the state of the pharmacy on her first day at the clinic in Sabah.

She described the pharmacy as chaotic, with medicines scattered on the floor, improperly categorised and labels written in small, illegible handwriting.

“I started by discussing ideas with my senior supervisor and then took action by organising and labelling all the medicines. At the same time, I also attended to duties at the counter,” she said.

Sisuhailah also introduced several improvements, such as disposing of expired medications and implementing coloured label indicators to streamline the workflow and simplify medicine handling.

Despite encountering resistance from some senior staff, Sisuhailah remained steadfast in her efforts to bring about change.

“Finally, a new look—our pharmacy is actually quite spacious!” she stated proudly.

Her TikTok post has since garnered over 26,000 likes, with netizens commending her initiative.
