“This time of year always brings excitement as we prepare to welcome guests with a menu that is as merry as it is unique.

“The dishes reflect our team's hard work, dedication and creativity, celebrating the spirit of Nobu during the end-year season,” says Leong.

From the first bite of the Kinmedai Calamansi Honey to the final indulgence of the Cherry White dessert, every course showcases a symphony of flavours that speak to Nobu’s innovative fusion of Japanese techniques with Peruvian influences.

The journey begins with the Kinmedai Calamansi Honey, a refreshing starter that balances the buttery richness of golden eye snapper with the tang of calamansi honey and the umami of shaved bottarga.

Moving to the Langoustine Sobagaki, diners will experience the perfect marriage of oceanic luxury and earthy depth, highlighted by crispy nori shitake senbei and a dollop of caviar for that extra touch of elegance.
