KUALA LUMPUR – Police discovered the body of a woman allegedly murdered by her son and stored in a deep freezer since 2021 at a house on Jalan Klang Lama on Tuesday.

Sources revealed that the victim’s son, who is said to have health issues, contacted the police to disclose the incident.

"Based on initial information, the suspect was found beside the icebox when police arrived at the scene," a source revealed.

A team from the Brickfields District Police Headquarters (IPD) is conducting further investigations.

Meanwhile, City police chief Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa confirmed that an official statement will be released soon.
