Julie’s Biscuits and Pokémon team up for fun and wellness at the Pokémon Festival

The lively four-day celebration united fans of all ages.

Julie’s Biscuits brought the magic of Pokémon to life at the Pokémon Festival, held from Nov 7 to 10.

This lively four-day celebration united fans of all ages in a unique blend of wellness and entertainment, featuring a colorful 4km fun run finale that had participants dashing through a world of beloved characters and carnival fun.

Julie’s Biscuits Director Tzy Horng Sai expressed that the company values shared experiences, emphasising that many of life’s most cherished moments are made when families, friends, and communities come together.

“As the main sponsor of the Pokémon Run, we saw an exciting opportunity to promote togetherness in a lively and engaging way.

“Just as our biscuits bring people closer over shared consumption moments, Pokémon fosters connection through fun and adventure for different generations,” he said.

He highlighted that they aim to add a touch of joy to these shared experiences, encouraging families and friends to create lasting memories, not only during the run however also through the simple pleasure of enjoying Julie’s biscuits together.

The fun run saw over 7,000 attendees, drawing Pokémon fans and fitness enthusiasts alike, all eager to blend excitement with exercise. The route included inflatable Pokémon characters and photo ops with fan favourites, enhancing the event's playful atmosphere.

Julie’s role in the event added a special touch, as they treated participants to a selection of unique canapés crafted with their signature biscuits, amplifying the experience.

The Julie’s booth offered special canapés crafted just for the event in collaboration with popular Malaysian food influencers like Hazwan, Sid Murshid, and Jun and Tonic.

Runners also received limited-edition water bottles featuring Pokémon and Julie’s characters, encouraging both hydration and sustainability. Participants were invited to refill their bottles at Julie’s dedicated water station booth, supporting a more eco-friendly event experience.

The Pokémon Festival, held from Nov 7-10, was packed with exciting carnival games and activities, creating a lively atmosphere for families and Pokémon enthusiasts alike.

Julie’s made a memorable impact with its pop-up mart, where visitors enjoyed free samples of their delicious biscuits and had the chance to purchase them at exclusive festival prices.

As a thoughtful addition, Julie’s booth included a rest area complete with benches, phone charging stations, and a water refill station, allowing festival-goers to take a break and recharge during the festivities.
