14-year-old teen missing since Tuesday

KLUANG - A 14-year-old teenager identified as Muhammad Syawal Abdullah, had been missing since he left his home in Kampung Melayu, Kluang, on Tuesday.

Kluang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Bahrin Mohd Noh said that a missing person’s report was filed on Thursday.

“The victim was last seen at his home around 7.30am on Tuesday.

"The family had searched for him at relatives’ homes, neighbours, and friends, but he had not been found,” he said in a statement on Friday.

The teenager was described as 150cm tall, with fair skin and a small build; however, the clothing he was wearing when he left the house was unknown.

Bahrin appealed to the public for assistance, urging anyone with information or knowledge of the teenager's whereabouts to contact the nearest police station.
