AMPANG - The family of a motorcyclist who died in an accident in front of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Dungun in Kampung Sura Hujung on Wednesday night is planning to take legal action against the relevant parties.

The father of 20-year-old victim Khairil Anwar Jamaludin Hussin said this when asked about the next steps during a discussion with friends and relatives at the Ukay Perdana Cemetery on Thursday.

"I will take legal action against the perpetrator once all related matters are settled," he said after his son's body was buried at the cemetery around 4.45pm yesterday.

Also killed in the accident were Ku Adib Aizab Ku Azmi, 20, a Bachelor of Accounting student, and Muhammad Akmal Md Tukirin, 20, a Bachelor of Food Service Management student.

Another victim Mohd Ammar Danish Mohd Rodhuan, 20, sustained serious injuries.

Meanwhile, Jamaludin expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in managing his youngest child's funeral arrangements until completion.
