SHAH ALAM - The Lego Group is bringing a taste of Paris to Malaysia by unveiling the country's first Lego Parisian Café and Art Gallery.

This pop-up experience, located at the Urban Node Atrium, Ground Floor (MRT Plaza Entrance) of The Exchange TRX, is open until Aug 25 and aims to ignite the travel bug in visitors.

Visitors can immerse themselves in Parisian charm with streets decorated with Lego elements, including alfresco dining areas, a LEGO Eiffel Tower, flower carts, and an art gallery showcasing Lego artwork inspired by the French capital.

Travel enthusiasts can collect a free Lego Passport by signing up for a Box of Bricks membership, with an exclusive Notre Dame stamp available for redemption.

The campaign also highlights two new Lego products celebrating Parisian landmarks - the 31213 Lego Art Mona Lisa and the 21061 Lego Architecture Notre-Dame de Paris.

The Lego Art Mona Lisa allows fans to recreate da Vinci’s masterpiece with 1,503 Lego elements, while the Notre Dame set offers a detailed building experience of the iconic cathedral.

In addition to these sets, shoppers can explore other romantic-themed Lego products like the 10334 Lego Icons Retro Radio, 21345 Lego Polaroid Camera, 10328 Lego Icons Bouquet of Roses, and the 10307 Lego Eiffel Tower.

Lego Group Marketing Director for Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC Travel Retail Ágnes Molnár expressed her excitement about the campaign, noting it is the first designed specifically for adult fans in Malaysia.

"This is the first-ever campaign designed specifically for adult fans of LEGO in Malaysia.

"Fans will especially be delighted to see the various Parisian-inspired setups at our Let's Go Paris event in The Exchange TRX, as we aim to offer a unique opportunity to experience and celebrate the stunning art, charming culture, and magnificent architecture of the city of love, as though they are strolling through the streets of Paris themselves," she said.

Meanwhile, The Exchange TRX General Manager Trevor Hill said that the Parisian Café and Art Gallery offer a unique opportunity for shoppers to live or relive their Parisian dreams.

"We are ecstatic to collaborate with The Lego Group to bring Malaysia’s first Parisian Café and Art Gallery to The Exchange TRX.

"This opulent experience allows our shoppers to live or relive their Parisian dreams through the creativity and imagination beyond Lego bricks," he said.

The event also features interactive zones, including an Eiffel Tower Speed Build Challenge, a Travel Posting Photo Contest, and an Instagram Hashtag Printing Booth.

Shoppers can redeem limited edition luggage stickers and stand a chance to win a round trip to Paris for two by purchasing selected Lego sets and registering their purchase on Klook’s website.

The chic Parisian-themed pop-up at The Exchange TRX will feature a prominent LEGO Eiffel Tower on a giant LED screen, offering shoppers and fans a fun and immersive experience of Paris with a Lego twist.

The event space will be transformed into a few notable interactive zones, including:

Eiffel Tower Speed Build Challenge: Challenge yourself to speed build an Eiffel Tower using Lego bricks with instructions within 60 seconds to redeem a Lego Voucher (T&C applies).

Travel Posting Photo Contest: Snap a series of travel poses with our LEGO photo booths and upload three photos on social media with a creative caption and hashtag #LEGOMY #LETSGOPARISMY, to stand a chance to win a Lego playset.

Instagram Hashtag Printing Booth: Take a picture at the photo booth and post it on social media with the hashtag #LEGOMY #LETSGOPARISMY, collect your print-out at the print station with customisable print-out frames.

Once shoppers have posted their photos taken at the event on social media, they can redeem limited edition luggage stickers which will change weekly from the redemption counter on a first-come first served basis.

The available stickers include a Lego Tuxedo Cat, a Parisian skyline, and a Lego Bouquet of Roses.
