PH's Joohari presents manifesto at Sungai Bakap night market
Joohari calls for strong voter turnout in Sungai Bakap
NIBONG TEBAL - Pakatan Harapan's (PH) Sungai Bakap by-election candidate Dr Joohari Ariffin made an appearance at Pasar Malam Kepatra Indah here today to present his manifesto to the local community.
"Pray that I’m given the strength to help the people of Sungai Bakap," he told reporters.
He urged Sungai Bakap voters to fulfill their duty by coming out to vote on July 6 for those eligible to vote.
"We have four more days to prove our win. We hope that the votes can serve as a medium to make the state and Sungai Bakap area better and more harmonious," he added.
The by-election on July 6 is a straight fight between Joohari and Perikatan Nasional candidate Abidin Ismail, following the death of Pas incumbent Nor Zamri Latiff on May 24 due to stomach inflammation.
