Heartbreak, retaliation: Wife strikes back after husband's infidelity

SHAH ALAM - A 35-year-old woman committed infidelity after discovering that her husband was cheating on her right after the birth of their second child.
Private sector employee, Baizura, 35, said that after discovering her husband, Azman, was being unfaithful, she did the same to take revenge.
"I found out my husband was having an affair with a girl he met on Tinder.
"At that time, I was pregnant with our second child. Imagine how heartbroken I was when I found out.
"I chose to remain silent and see how far my husband would go.
"During that time, I pretended to be naive and continued to fulfill my responsibilities as a wife, even though my love and affection were fading," she told Sinar.
Baizura revealed that initially, she thought Azman's relationship with the woman was merely an online friendship, but that belief was shattered after seeing their chat messages.
She added that the conversation showed they had been in contact for a long time, had met in person, and had been intimate several times.
According to Baizura, she tried to deny it, but due to the evidence, she felt compelled to do the same.
"Right after my postpartum period ended, I stopped being intimate with my husband. I decided to download the Tinder app and met a married man.
"It was like luck was on my side, the man worked at the same company as I did. After a brief acquaintance on Tinder, we moved to WhatsApp and often met and had meals together," she said.
Baizura explained that her relationship with the man grew closer until they eventually became intimate.
"However, my husband found out about the relationship. I came clean and told him it was just to take revenge because I wanted him to feel what I felt.
"In the end, we both admitted our mistakes, but our seven-year marriage is now on the verge of falling apart," she said.
