SHAH ALAM - Sinar Daily's curated women's networking event, She Leads 3, with the theme of ‘Elevating the Fitness of Your Mind and Body,’ has once again captivated audiences with its focus on enhancing mental health and fitness in the workplace.

The third pocket series held at Karangkraf Media Complex yesterday promoted ways to manage workplace stress effectively, foster a supportive and healthy work environment and boost productivity and job satisfaction.

The event featured two distinguished panellists, fitness coach Kevin Zahri and clinical psychologist Yasmin Khan, who captivated the audience with their focus on boosting mental health and fitness in the workplace.

"At Sinar Daily, our priority is quality over quantity. The people who attended knew what they wanted, had a purpose and were very precise about what they wanted to learn from our panellists.

“They also managed to connect with people from other industries that suited their interests. So, I would say the programme is a success because we managed to get the right people for the event on the right topic," she said.

Tasnim said she was particularly impressed by the audience's engagement and their willingness to ask sensitive questions.

She added that major moments included the audience bravely addressing sensitive topics such as death, grieving and facing fears.

She stressed that while the panel was amazing and shared all the necessary insights, the true magic of the event laid in the audiences’ participation.

Tasnim said it was in these moments that everyone realised they shared similar feelings, it is just how each person deals with those feelings that vary.

“And the fact that Kevin and Yasmin managed to identify that everybody copes in different ways is the best thing because some people go on social media to cope, they reveal everything (while) some people go MIA (missing in action) so it's important to know what to say, where to say, how to say it but the most important thing obviously is communication,” she added.
