SHAH ALAM - The boycott campaign initiated by certain factions must not escalate to the extent of sowing discord and fracturing inter-ethnic relations in the nation.

Sinar Harian Group Editor-in-Chief Zamri Rambli said the situation worsens when such actions lead to extremism, endangering the safety of others.

"This land is our home, where we establish roots, forge bonds, and become a united community.

"Despite our diverse backgrounds in religion, ethnicity, culture, and language, it is these differences that render us unique and collectively strong as #WeAreMalaysia.

"Let us not allow technology and social media to ignite discord among Malaysians.

"We should be the ones harnessing social media, not succumbing to its influence. Together, let us champion Malaysian Harmony," he said in response to the #MZB365 campaign on Saturday.
