In a special event hosted by GO Communications on behalf of Secret Recipe, members of the media were invited to "Jom Berbuka" (Let's Break Fast) to get a first taste of the Ramadan menu, Nasi Kerabu Specials.
The event provided a sneak peek into what promises to be a Ramadan to remember, with dishes that beautifully blend traditional flavours with a modern twist.
The menu features a star-studded lineup of dishes, beginning with the Nasi Kerabu.
This dish is a symphony of flavours, presenting herb rice in a simple yet tasteful manner, accompanied by fresh vegetables, fish crackers, salted egg, spicy coconut sauce, and sambal.
Adding to the variety are the stir fry turmeric squid and grilled turmeric saba fish, each bringing its unique flavor profile to the table.
