Mother pleads for help to find missing daughter

KUALA LUMPUR - A 12-year-old girl was reported missing from her home in Sri Selangor Public Housing, Jalan San Peng, here on Tuesday.
The victim's mother Syarifah Rosfazila Syed Mohd Fazili, 41, said her eldest daughter, Siti Dhia Batrisyia Mohd Chairil Anuar did not return home after leaving the house three days ago.
"At the time of the incident, I went out to the store to buy food for iftar (breaking fast). Dhia was at home at the time.
"When I returned, Dhia was not at home and I suspect she went out with friends from outside the area of the house," she said when contacted by Sinar on Friday.
Syarifah said a police report was lodged at Balai Tun HS Lee, yesterday.
She asked for help from everyone to pray and help spread the word to all communities.

Meanwhile, Dang Wangi district police chief Assistant Commissioner Noor Dellhan Yahaya when contacted confirmed receiving the police report lodged by the victim's mother.
"Efforts to find this child are still underway and so far the case is classified as missing person," he said.
