Bersih rally proof 'something is wrong' with the government - PN
Pas information chief Ahmad Fadli Shaari said the #Reformasi100Peratus gathering held by Bersih today clearly reflected the government's failure to fulfill the promised reforms.

KUALA LUMPUR - Perikatan Nasional (PN) alleges that there is a sense of 'irregularities' in the government administration following reform demands made by the Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih).
Pas information chief Ahmad Fadli Shaari said the #Reformasi100Peratus (100 per cent reform) gathering held by the non-governmental organisation (NGO) today clearly reflected the government's failure to fulfill the promised reforms.
He said Bersih was known for maintaining positive ties with government leaders, including supporting them when the government was in the opposition.
“So, when Bersih organised this (the gathering) to let the government know about their demands, it must be because there is ‘something wrong’ with how the current reforms are being implemented today.
"Bersih should not stop at this point, but there will be further movements to ensure that the government truly fulfills its promises of reforms," he told reporters after receiving the memorandum from Bersih during the rally here today.
Earlier, participants converged at Tugu Negara before marching to the Parliament building to submit a memorandum to government MPs calling for promised political reforms.
Fadhli and other MPs including Hassan Karim (Pasir Gudang), Dr Ahmad Taufik Johari (Sungai Petani), William Yong (Selayang), Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh (Ledang) and Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman (Muar) were present at the rally to receive the memorandum.
Meanwhile, Fadhli said the opposition had also warned the people before that the Madani government was a 'talk-only' government.
"They only talk about implementing reforms, but when cooperating with kleptocrats whom they previously accused of being corrupt, there will be values that have to be compromised.
"PN and the opposition always cooperate with any agenda advocated by Bersih and I observed that these demands should be implemented by the government.
"However, I will examine each one individually and bring it to the attention of PN leaders for consideration," he said.
