KLANG - A resident of Kampung Tok Muda Kapar claimed to have heard several explosion sounds before an aircraft crashed just 50 metres away from his home earlier today.

Jinaidi, 55, said that he witnessed the plane crash shortly after hearing the explosions around 1.30pm.

"I was repairing my car when I heard explosion sounds.

"Soon after, I saw an aircraft losing its balance before crashing down.

"I immediately gathered other villagers, and we went to the scene of the incident, only to find the 'tail' of the aircraft.

"We couldn't see the victim since half of the aircraft's body is buried in the land," he told reporters when interviewed at Kampung Tok Muda today.

Police personnel, Civil Defence Force members, and Selangor Fire and Rescue Department personnel have begun gathering at the incident site.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department confirmed the aircraft crash, responding to a distress call at 1.56 pm.
