Some lucky guests were recently given a sneak peek at the hotel's upcoming Lunar New Year menu, which has been meticulously created to represent the symbolic spirit of wealth and good fortune via cuisine.
Some of the pleasures of the meal are the "Prosperity Treasure" Poon Choy, wok-fried prawns with salted golden egg yolk, roasted aromatic duck called "Pei Pa," steamed Chinese Pomfret fish with excellent soy sauce, and Toro (Tuna Belly) "Fortune" Yee Sang.
The mouthwatering menu will be available at the Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort from now until Feb 24, 2024, for a mere RM1288++ for a table of 10 people.
