Body in cement: Woman died from pressure on neck
SHAH ALAM - The woman found buried in cement in the bathroom of a rental house in Kampung Pendamar, Klang is believed to have died due to pressure on the neck.
Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said that the results of the post-mortem found that the victim was between the ages of 20 to 30.
"The autopsy process conducted at Shah Alam Hospital found that the cause of death was pressure on the victim's neck.
"However, it cannot be ascertained the exact cause of the pressure on the victim's neck due to the imperfect physical condition of the body," he told Sinar on Wednesday.
He said his team has identified two suspects related to the incident.
"Both of the suspects are foreigners, one of whom is believed to have returned to his home country last Sept.
"The second suspect is believed to have remained in the country and efforts to trace the suspect are still underway," he said.
Hussein said six individuals, including neighbours near the scene of the incident had been interviewed.
"So far further investigation is still underway," he said.
On Sunday, the body of a woman was found buried in cement in the bathroom of a rental house near here, suspected to have been murdered more than a year ago.
