Boy who went missing for over a month apparently at neighbour's house

PETALING JAYA - A boy has been found safe after being reported missing for more than a month at the Desa Mentari residential area here, yesterday.
District police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said the 11-year-old was found at his neighbour's unit in the same flat.
"He was found in a house of an elderly person in one of the unit of the building.
"His parents have lodged a police report regarding his disappearance on Nov 24," he told Sinar, today.
He said the investigation found that the boy would always leave the house while his parents were out working.
"It is believed that the boy had not returned home since Oct 26, but the report was made late, around Nov 24.
"So far the police have recorded the statements of several individuals including the parents of the boy over the incident," he said.
