KUALA LUMPUR - Kepala Batas MP Siti Mastura Muhammad has submitted "reference materials" to the police to support her claims of a communist-centric family conspiracy within DAP.

However, her lawyer clarified that the authenticity and relevance of the material are matters for the police to determine.

"We provided several reference materials that we gathered, and we handed them over to the police.

"Whether that material is relevant or authentic, we leave it to the police," said Siti Mastura's lawyer, Ahmad Amzar Ahmad Azlan addressed reporters outside Federal Police Headquarters here today.

Siti Mastura appeared for questioning over her allegations that DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang and his son Lim Guan Eng had family connections with former Singapore premier Lee Kuan Yew and former communist leader Ong Boon Hua, also known as Chin Peng.

She aired the claim -- of various DAP leaders having familial ties Chin Peng -- at a Pas ceramah in Terengganu, last week.

Following these allegations, six police reports were filed against Siti Mastura.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Amzar revealed that they have received four letters of demand from DAP leaders, including Kit Siang, Guan Eng, Guan Eng's wife Betty Chew, and Seputeh MP Teresa Kok.

The letters are likely related to the family conspiracy allegations espoused by Siti Mastura.

The lawyer noted that they have yet to review the content of these letters.

Siti Mastura had previously claimed that Kok and Chew were distant relatives of Chin Peng.
