SHAH ALAM - Ledang Member of Parliament Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh criticised the actions of social media users who propagated negative narratives regarding the health issues faced by Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli.

Syed Ibrahim said that if they did not want to pray for Rafizi or show sympathy, it was better to remain silent.

"May Allah grant us all kindness and sanity in our hearts," he wrote in a social media post today.

Together with the post, Syed Ibrahim also shared a screenshot of a social media account which claimed that the health problems faced by the Pandan Member of Parliament was merely a drama to gain sympathy.

Earlier, a screenshot circulated with information that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim would conduct a welfare visit to a medical centre to visit Rafizi, who was reportedly suffering from heart ailment.
