KUALA LUMPUR - Opposition members yet again unanimously dressed in white to the parliament today for the announcement of the Malaysia Madani 2024 Budget.

Checks by Sinar Daily found many opposition leaders clad in white baju melayu.

Some of them were also seen wearing scarves around their necks bearing the Palestine logo.

Bersatu Youth chief Wan Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal said that the opposition wore white today to show solidarity for Palestine.

"We decided to wear white today to show unity, purity, and clarity in fighting for the people’s plight," he said adding that it was also to show unity among them.

It is learned that the unanimous white dress code was to symbolise innocence, peace, and simplicity.

The Dewan Rakyat saw a full house of attendees today as the Finance Minister laid out the nation's budget allocation for 2024.
