SHAH ALAM - Rapper Caprice and Indonesian influencer Mondy Tattoo ordered to delete a recording on Nustix.com's YouTube The Podcast Show and five Instagram videos in connection with Ebit Lew within 24 hours.

It was after Lew or his real name Ebit Irawan Ibrahim Lew, 39, obtained the injunction order from the Sessions Court last Thursday to prevent Caprice and Mondy from issuing defamatory statements and threats against the independent speaker, his family and friends.

Lew filed the injunction order through Messrs Akberdin and Co at the Civil Sessions Court here on Oct 5.

As the plaintiff, Lew named Caprice or real name Ariz Ramli, 37, and Mondy Tattoo or Dita Restu Amanda as the first and second defendants.

In his statement of claim, Lew claimed to have known Mondy while carrying out humanitarian activities in Jakarta, Indonesia, on June 7.

"At that time, the woman introduced herself as a homeless single mother.

"On June 12, Mondy visited Malaysia to study and learn more about Islam at Ma'ahad Ad-Dirasaatil Islamiyyah, Sri Petaling, here," he said.

However, the plaintiff said, Mondy then decided not to continue her studies and returned to Indonesia a month later.

On Sept 15, Caprice, who is also a humanitarian activist, uploaded a video recording of the woman as a guest.

In the video, it was alleged that the plaintiff sexually harassed and took advantage of Mondy, in addition to being irresponsible and riding on religion.

The plaintiff alleged that Caprice as the first defendant maliciously published the video without making any confirmation of the facts from him or his lawyer.

Followers of Caprice's Youtube account allegedly issued many negative comments, insults and profanity as a result of the publication of the video.

The plaintiff also claimed that Caprice and Mondy made defamatory statements that caused him to be criticised, ridiculed and humiliated.

On Sept 29, the police reportedly called several more individuals to help investigate allegations of sexual harassment and defamation involving Lew, Mondy and Caprice.
