SHAH ALAM - Amanah will mobilise its election machinery to ensure victory is in favour of Barisan Nasional (BN) in the Pelangai by-election on Oct 7.

Its president Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu said that the Amanah National Leadership Committee meeting had discussed the coordination of actions to help the BN candidate for the state assembly seat, Datuk Amizar Abu Adam, win.

"I had instructed all members of the meeting to mobilise Amanah machinery from all over the country to ensure that the Pelangai state assembly is defended by BN.

"BN had proved its friendship in the Pulai and Simpang Jeram by-elections, which were successfully won by candidates from Amanah," he wrote on Facebook today.

Sinar Harian reported today that Amizar had outlined a 3P strategy that covered income, housing, and infrastructure provisions in an effort to empower the youth.

According to him, the existing income and employment aspects need to be added to their value in order to create a new economic generation in the constituency.

At the same time, Mohamad said that the meeting made history as it was held in the BN's operation room.
