"I’m confident victory will be on PN's side this time" – Sanusi

BENTONG - Perikatan Nasional (PN) Election Director-General Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor has called on voters in the Pelangai State Assembly to secure victory for PN in the upcoming Pelangai State Assembly By-Election on Oct 7.

"So, I urge the people of Pelangai not to ‘buat perangai’ (act up).

"Do not let us lose, ensure victory.

"I am confident that victory will be on PN's side this time, not based on psychics' predictions but on our experience elsewhere.

"If the response in Felda is like this, PN will indeed win," he said, here, yesterday.

Sanusi, who is also Kedah Menteri Besar, made these remarks after delivering a speech during the ‘Sanusi Mai Pelangai’ programme at Felda Kemasul, attended by PN supporters.

Also present were Pas Deputy President Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, Perlis Menteri Besar Mohd Shukri Ramli and Pahang PN chairman Datuk Seri Saifuddin Abdullah.

Sanusi said he believed a 100 per cent support from the voters to choose PN in the Barisan Nasional (BN) stronghold.

Commenting on the programme, which runs until Sept 24, Sanusi mentioned the possibility of his return to Pelangai after this.
