Mohamad said that it was as taught by the Prophet Muhammad, that all parties should cultivate a mature politics backed by integrity and sound arguments based on facts and truth.

"Remember, the truth will always side with the right folks. Our fight to position Amanah as a progressive Islamic political medium that is inclusive and cares about the concerns of Malaysians is not yet over.

"Many more efforts need to be made to achieve this goal. We have faced many trials and tribulations since the beginning of Amanah's establishment until today," he said.

He also expressed his gratitude as Amanah is always steadfast in upholding Islam.

"Alhamdulillah, our spirit has never faded. From year to year, we continue to uphold Islam as a religion that brings blessings to all.

"Some used to say that Amanah was just a mosquito party whose lifespan would not last beyond two years.
