PN welcomes Syed Saddiq to join the coalition - Tuan Ibrahim
KUALA LUMPUR - Perikatan Nasional (PN) welcomes Muar MP Syed Saddiq if he wants to join the party.
Pas deputy president Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said they were open to accept any MPs especially those with principles.
“Our principle is to welcome MPs coming together in PN towards any matters regarding principles of justice, major issues in the nation. It’s up to him where he wants to sit, that’s his rights.
“Sitting in the government does not mean we could not bring up our resolve.
“Some government MPs voices out their own views.
“He reprimanded them, that is the democratic system. So, we welcome Syed Saddiq including other MPs who voiced out their disappointment with the administration,” he said.
When asked whether PN offered a post for him the Kubang Kerian MP stated no offers were given for Syed Saddiq.
“For now, he’s free, we will not offer him anything, we are open and we from PN welcome parties who want to band together,” he said.
