Police tracking family to assist in drug investigation

KUALA LUMPUR - The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) are currently tracking three individuals to assist in a drug-related investigation.

The Kuala Lumpur Police, in a statement, said that all three individuals are sought by the Cheras district police headquarters' Narcotics Crime Investigation Department (NCID) to assist in an investigation under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.

According to the statement, the first individual is Chan Paik Kim, 56 years old; the second is Chan Jie Kenneth, 28 years old; and the third is Jared Chan Jie Yew, 25 years old.

"The last known address of all three individuals is 17, Jalan Sutera 3, Taman Jalil Sutera, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur," the police said.

"The relationship between them is that of mother and children," the statement read.

"Anyone with information can contact Inspector Norhasriani Muhamad Nor at 017-4918404." In addition, those willing to provide information can contact the NCID of IPD Cheras at 03-92050357, the Kuala Lumpur police hotline at 03-21159999, or visit the nearest police station.
