By-election: Sanusi expected to attend PN’s ‘Pulai Mega Ceramah'
JOHOR BAHRU - Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammaad Sanusi Md Nor is expected to attend the Perikatan Nasional (PN) Pulai Parliament by-election Mega Ceramah on Friday.
Pulai Parliamentary by-election PN deputy director Mohd Solihan Badri said the mega ceramah would also feature PN chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
He said the location of the PN Mega Ceramah would be in Kempas, but the exact location has yet to be decided.
“I understood that Sanusi who is the PN Election director-general is most likely to join the Pulai Mega Ceramah.
“Surely the presence of the Pas warlord will attract the presence of thousands in Pulai Parliament and the mega ceramah will also be broadcasted through social media,” he said.
Solihan who was the Johor PN deputy chairman said this after aiding Pulai Parliament PN candidate Zulkifli Jaafar to campaign in Bukit Indah.
Sanusi on Aug 23 was present in the Pas Headquarters in Bakri to launch the PN machinery and candidate nomination for the Simpang Jeram State Assembly.
His presence attracted the attention of many as well as anticipated by the party and his arrival was greeted with cheers and ‘takbir’.
