Kelantan practices mature, prosperous politics with federal govt
KOTA BAHRU - Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud said the state government will adopt a mature and prosperous political policy in maintaining its relationship with the federal government.
He said their relationship will remain strong with the spirit of federalism.
"This approach is for the welfare of the people of Kelantan.
"I hope for the support of all parties to continue the legacy of Membangun Bersama Islam (MBI)," he said during a press conference, tdoay.
Earlier, he reported for duty on his first day as Menteri Besar at the Darulnaim Complex near here.
Nassuruddin said the state government will continue the legacy of MBI where its policy was proven to place Islam as the foundation of administration, state prosperity and the welfare of the people.
In another development, he said he will carry out his responsibilities as Menteri Besar for all the people of Kelantan regardless of race, background and so on.
