The truth is finally siding with Muhyiddin, says Hamzah
SHAH ALAM – The truth is finally siding with Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman and Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, says Opposition leader Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.
In a statement uploaded on his Facebook page, Hamzah said he was happy that the tyranny and political revenge of the PH-BN government which created slander, fabricated charges, and abused power to prosecute PN leaders has now been proven false in court today.
"The Kuala Lumpur High Court not only ruled that the charges against Tan Sri Muhyiddin are defective, unclear and not in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code but also labelled it as an abuse of court processes," he said in his post.
"The people's referendum that has been shown in the result of the state elections last Saturday needs to be translated by rejecting the PH-BN government led by Anwar Ibrahim," he added.
He further went on to say that the 'tyranny' needs to stop and that he has also started legal action to sue the Malaysian government and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
"Based on the decision of the Kuala Lumpur High Court today, I also urge the Attorney General to review all selected prosecutions against the leaders of Bersatu and Perikatan Nasional for the purpose of withdrawing them," he said.
He the called on the people to stand up together with PN.
