UNOFFICIAL: 46 DAP candidates secure high votes

SHAH ALAM - DAP continues to garner strong public support as 46 out of 47 candidates from the party are each leading the unofficial vote count in the state elections as of 8.30pm, Saturday.

Contesting in Kedah's Derga constituency, Tan Kok Yew faces tough competition from PN candidate Muhammad Amri Wahab.

DAP is contesting in 19 state seats in Penang, followed by Selangor (15), Negeri Sembilan (11), and Kedah (2), while other parties are representing the unity government in Kelantan and Terengganu.
