SHAH ALAM - Perikatan Nasional (PN) only brings up issues that have been brought up previously, or 'recycled issues', as a strategy, says the Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate.

In saying this, Sungai Tua PH candidate Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari added that this was a desperate move.

According to certain groups, PN is only able to win 20 or 16 seats, he added.

"Selangor has the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Malaysia, which is 25.5 per cent. This means that for every RM10 in every Malaysian's pocket, RM2.50 is contributed by the Selangor government.

"They can't take it when we are successful because they are a chaotic government with the Sheraton move and continuous changes of ministers and prime ministers in the past," he said at the Sungai Tua Grand Finale Ceramah Umum.

Amirudin added that recently, the state government's investors increased, and in July, the foreign investors totaled more than RM12.4 billion.

"Due to the instability of politics caused by PN, there were no investors before, but with us, we have achieved more than RM12.4 billion.

"They can't take it, and they think they are the best; that's why they called themselves 'PN best', but they are in fact full of backstabbers, but in Unity government, the foundation is solid, and we won't fight against each other," he said.

Commenting further, he added that in Selangor, too, Insan insurance is given to all people in Selangor.

"I have checked with other countries, such as Singapore and others, but none of the countries are able to give insurance to their people.

"We also want to achieve three-to four-city status in Selangor, but PN's only goal is to destroy the federal government, as that's how they end their speeches in their campaigns," he expressed.

Meanwhile, he urged the public to come out and vote for the third candidate (referring to himself) on the Sungai Tua ballot paper tomorrow, Aug 12.

"Let's hope the unity government remains for the next five years, and this coalition will bring Malaysia in the right direction that leads to success," he said.
