SHAH ALAM - Perikatan Nasional (PN) secretary-general Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin has said that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's fight is based on revenge.

Speaking at the PN Pentas Setiausaha Agung here today, Hamzah said that Anwar has been making baseless allegations against people, including Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Hamzah himself, and some entrepreneurs in Malaysia.

"Anwar is trying to destroy people's lives.

"I fear that other entrepreneurs will become his next victims," he said.

Hamzah also said that he was recently accused of corruption by a suspect who was arrested by the police.

However, Hamzah said that the allegations were false and that he will be speaking to his lawyer about them.

"That's why you have to vote for PN.

"We will protect the lives of Indian and Chinese entrepreneurs and safeguard the country's future," he added.

Hamzah further added that it is ironic that Anwar is making corruption allegations while he is sitting beside a person with 47 corruption cases that have not been investigated.

"We are simply seeking for justice," he added.
