SEBERANG JAYA – Bersatu vice president Datuk Seri Ronald Kiandee is criticising the ‘Madani Government’, claiming that the eight months of administration feels like eight years.

In his speech at the Ceramah Kelompok Perikatan Nasional (PN) Seberang Jaya at Sembilang Ummah Hall, he elaborated that it was time for the Penangites to show their dissatisfaction by choosing the PN leaders for the Penang state election this Saturday.

“The eight months of Pakatan Harapan’s administration are like eight years.

“So, Penangites, if we have a big win in these state polls, we will send a sign to the federal government that we are upset with their administration.

“With this sign, they will be more careful in running the administration of our country,” Ronald elaborated.

The Beluran MP, further expressed his gratitude for the Permatang Pauh voters, who did a great job choosing the PN leader in the past 15th general assembly.

Nurul Izzah Anwar, the daughter of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, lost the Permatang Pauh parliamentary seat to the PN’s Muhammad Fawwaz Mat Jan.

This was PH's first time losing the Permatang Pauh seat since it was first contested in 1999.

“Our prime minister is such a ‘shallow’ leader. So, did they (PH) know that the big wave is hitting them in these state elections?

“By this state election, PN is a referendum. Before this, the rakyat were not aware of their problems. So now, we as rakyat are tired of their sweet promise”, he elaborated.

Besides Penang, Kedah, Terengganu, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, and Selangor, state elections will be held on Aug 12.
