PETALING JAYA - If Pakatan Harapan were to win Selangor and be alligned with the federal government, things would be more smoother and more efficient, says Seri Setia Pakatan (PH) candidate Dr Fahmi Ngah.

When asked why can't the state government be different from the federal government, Fahmi said although sometimes one can sleep on the same pillow, but the dreams can be different.

"To be the same is to be in alignment, the economy would be stronger because our vision for the state would be somewhat the same

"For example, if I channeled an issue to our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, of course he would be able to respond faster as we are the same unity government operating in Selangor and at the Federal level," he said recently at the Ceramah Kita Selangor in Desa Mentari, Petaling Jaya.

Fahmi pointed out that the main issues he would work on if he manages to get the mandate of the people in Seri Setia is infrastructure, security, social issues and job opportunities.

He explained that the plans for Selangor that have been unveiled by caretaker Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari would also benefit Seri Setia.

He then went on to urge the public to come out and vote on Aug 12.

"If everyones comes out to vote, then we can create a new record in Selangor," he expressed.
