'These three states are poor. Do you want us to be like them? - Guan Eng
GEORGETOWN - Penang Pakatan Harapan's (PH) Air Putih candidate Lim Guan Eng has slammed the Kelantan, Terengganu, and Kedah governments for their poor water management and economic performance.
In a ceramah at Jelajah Madani Kebun Bunga today, Lim said that the Kelantan government has been unable to provide clean water to its citizens and that the Terengganu and Kedah governments have also not been able to boost their economies.
"These three states are poor. Do you want us to be like them?," Lim said.
Lim also accused the three governments of being incompetent.
"They don't know anything about the economy. If they knew how to boost the economy, these states should not be poor," he said.
Lim's comments come as the three states are gearing up for the upcoming state elections.
