BALIK PULAU – Barisan Nasional (BN)’s Telok Bahang candidate Ahmad Zaki Shah Shah Haedan is confident of winning the state seat for the Pakatan Harapan (PH)-BN coalition.

"Umno and PH are a great combination to win the Telok Bahang state seat.

"It is because now we can win the hearts of all races to be on one political wheel. We have Malay voters, Chinese voters, and Indian voters.

"The Unity government is the true Malaysian spirit. This is how Malaysia started before, and I hope this spirit will help me win the Teluk Bahang state seat," Zaki said exclusively to Sinar Daily during his walkabout at Sungai Rusa, here.

The BN new face candidate will see a straight fight against his rival from Perikatan Nasional (PN), Kolonel (B) Muhamad Kasim, in the Penang state election, which will be held on Aug 12.
