SINGAPORE - Malaysian homegrown brand Siti Khadijah Group which focuses on praying garments has opened a retail outlet in Singapore, its second overseas expansion after Indonesia.

It opened its doors for the first time on Saturday (July 29) in Arab Street in the city centre.

We want to bring our products closer to the people of Singapore and to contribute to the socio-economic development of the nation, said group chief executive officer Mohammad Munzir Aminuddin in a statement today.

Founded in 2019 by Padzilah Enda Sulaiman, the brand is named after Prophet Muhammad’s wife Siti Khadijah.

The statement said with this expansion to the city state, it will focus on scaling its business and growth in the global international market.

The statement said the growing market and the strength of its brand will provide a good foundation for Siti Khadijah to accelerate omnichannel growth worldwide, it said.

Apart from that, the brand also produces a variety of men's and women’s wear, hijabs, sejadah (prayer mat), bags, and other lifestyle accessories available at the newly opened boutique in Singapore.

With the tagline "Outer Piece For Inner Peace”, the brand has elevated the status of praying attire since it launched its first design.
