MACC opens seven centres to facilitate corruption, abuse of power during state polls
PUTRAJAYA - The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has opened seven centres to facilitate complaints linked to acts of corruption and abuse of power as political campaigns begin in six states and a by- election in Kuala Terengganu.
In a statement today, it said the centres will operate 24 hours from today until August 12.
This comes as nomination was held in six states today with polls on Aug 12.

MACC has reminded all candidates and political parties contesting the election to follow the MACC Act 2009 and the Electoral Offences Act 1954.
