Hafidz Rosdi, wife's divorce confirmed
SHAH ALAM - The Syariah lower court here today confirmed the pronouncement of 'talak satu' by actor Muhammad Hafidz Roshdi in February on his wife Nurul Shuhada Mat Shukri
Syarie judge Siti Rahmah Hussin made the ruling during the proceedings to confirm the pronouncement of divorce which was made out of court.
In delivering the judgement, the judge confirmed the divorce after hearing Hafidz's testimony including that of all parties and found that the plaintiff (Hafidz) had uttered the 'talak satu' at 11.40pm on Feb 22.
In the proceedings Hafidz was represented by syarie lawyer Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader while syarie lawyer Nurfarhana Abd Manaf represented Shuhada.
On Feb 27, Hafidz and Shuhada filed the divorce at the Syariah Court here, under Section 57 of the Islamic Family Laws Enactment (Selangor) 2003.
On Feb 22, Hafidz announced the divorce through the phone towards Shuhada in front of his family members.
The domestic turmoil of the Hero Remaja finalist started to be discussed by the public when his wife claimed that the actor had a relationship with another woman.
The 'Melastik Ke Hatimu' drama actor married Shuhada on April 30, 2016 and they had two children together Humairah, 6 and Umar, 3.
