Witness reveals PU Azman performs oral sex on student

SEREMBAN - The seventh witness of the trial on the third day of Pencetus Ummah (PU) Azman Syah Alias' sexual assault case said that the accused had allegedly performed oral sex on his victim.

The 46-year-old woman, a former teacher to the victim, said that it was revealed by the male teenager last year.

"As far as I recall, the victim told me that PU Azman asked to suck the victim's penis until the victim ejaculated.

"Besides that, the victim also said that he was asked to kiss PU Azman," she said when testifying before Judge Datin Surita Budin at the Sessions Court on Wednesday.

She said that she trusted the victim more than PU Azman because the victim was hardly good at lying to his teachers and that she was confident of what she heard from him.

Because of that, the woman said that she felt responsible with the case since she was the one who introduced the victim to the accused.

In the meantime, she also revealed that her son was also a victim of the accused when the preacher came to her house.

"At the time of the incident, I was at my nephew's house, but my son told me about the sexual incident and urged me to come home.

"At first, I didn't believe what my son said and at the same time, I didn't believe that PU Azman would do that," she said.

However, the witness said that compared to PU Azman, she trusted her son more and decided to head home.

In fact, she said that her son also told her that his friend had become a sexual victim of the accused.

The prosecution of the case was handled by Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Balkis Zunaidi, Husni Fairos Ramly and Goh Hsiao Tung while the accused was represented by lawyers Mohamad Zahid Ahmad, Fahmi Adilah and Norman Mohd Nasir.

A total of 26 witnesses are expected to be called throughout the trial which began on July 24.

On Oct 12, 2022, PU Azman was charged with five physical sexual abuse allegations against two teenage boys in February and July last year.

Based on the charges, the accused committed physical sexual assault on the 16- and 17-year-old male victims by committing extremely vulgar acts.

The offence was committed in a toilet and living room of a house in Taman Tiara Sendayan in Nilai on July 6 last year.

Apart from that, PU Azman is also facing seven more charges related to sexual crimes he allegedly committed against two children and a teenager in Shah Alam, Klang and Ampang courts.
