PUTRAJAYA - Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail says he has not received any notice on a letter of demand (LOD) from caretaker Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor.

He said it was not difficult to contact him as he was always available and could be reached at any time.

He added that he would not avoid any phone calls.

"I haven't received anything yet. He is in Kedah, I'm here. I can usually be reached at any time. I don't avoid calls... that's the difference.

"So I haven't received anything yet in Kedah. Many days I'm in Kedah, tonight I'm in Kedah. I could be easily reached.

"I don't need to be approached until 3am, that's me," he said.

He said this at a press conference after the 2023 Immigration Day celebration in Putrajaya, today.

Sanusi during the Himpunan Munajat Perdana programme in Sik, Kedah, last night said he has filed an LOD against Saifuddin for allegedly defaming him.
