Man United star Rashford extends his stay at English club for five more years

ANKARA - England forward Marcus Rashford on Tuesday signed a five-year contract with his club Manchester United.

In a statement, the English Premier League club said that it will keep Rashford at Old Trafford until June 30, 2028.

Since his debut in 2016, Rashford, 25, has scored 123 goals and made 68 assists in 359 appearances for Manchester United, reported Anadolu Agency.

Last season, in a stellar performance, Rashford scored 30 goals and produced 11 assists in 56 matches for the Red Devils.

Pure Manchester United product Rashford helped his team win the UEFA Europa League in 2017 and an English FA Cup in 2016.

He also amassed 53 caps to score 16 goals for the English national team. - Bernama
