Pas' to capture Selangor by exposing weaknesses of PH
SHAH ALAM - Pas intends to expose Pakatan Harapan's (PH) weaknesses in Selangor administration from 2018 to 2023 as its key strategies in the upcoming state election.
Pas member of the council committee Dr Mohd Zuhdi Marzuki said people in Selangor need to understand the true nature of the government's weaknesses.
He said Selangor is "luckier" due to its location in Klang Valley and since the colonial era, it has had many facilities.
"We aim to popularise the economy of Selangor so that the wealth of Selangor is distributed and what the Menteri Besar continues is something we have done before," Zuhdi told Sinar.
For instance, Selangor under former Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali had popularise Selangor Economy programme (MES) and small and medium entrepreneurs.
"So this trader-friendly programme and the entrepreneur-friendly programmes will continue as well," he said.
He also said there are no rumours of Pas planning to exit PN, stating that "our relationship is good".
“It is not Pas that leaves the friends as Pas would always stay with our friends and we are sure to stay together.
“There are no issues with division and conflict as far as I can see but anything can happen in politics and for now there's no issue between Pas and Bersatu,” he expressed.
