KUALA LUMPUR - Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has said that he will announce the distribution of PH seats for the upcoming state elections on July 20 if Barisan Nasional (BN) announces their seat distribution on July 21.

Anwar made the remark during a press conference after the Unity Government leadership Consultative Council meeting at Menara Dato Onn, World Trade Centre (WTC), earlier today.

He said that some states still need to complete the distribution of PH seats for the state polls, and are expected to be completed tonight.

"The distribution of seats will be final in all states, there are only one or two states that we will discuss. Tonight will be over," he said.

As for the announcement of candidates, Anwar said that PH will give a date in two or three days.

Meanwhile, BN chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has said that BN will announce the results of the distribution of seats for the coalition for the six state elections on July 21.

"For BN, we will announce it on July 21, night. For all six countries," he said.
