Didn't think TMJ would be interested in my videos' says Jeli Umno Youth chief
KOTA BHARU - Jeli Umno Youth chief Wan Mahussin Wan Zain was surprised to learn that the Johor Crown Prince (TMJ), Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim watches his contents on social media.
Wan Mahusin who is a content creator on several social media platforms, admitted to being excited that TMJ was willing to contact him via video call on Monday to talk about the current happenings in the country.
He said the conversation with His Majesty will be his most special memory of his active involvement in politics and NGOs.
"Of course I was very excited to receive a call from Tunku Ismail and was very lucky to be chosen to speak with him. This is a golden opportunity for me," he told Sinar on Friday.
Sharing his conversation with Tunku Ismail, he said the crown prince had expressed disappointment in the Malay community's quarrelling for the sake of politics.
Wan Mahussin said TMJ hopes the Malay community will be able to unite not for political interests alone but for the nation.
"His Majesty congratulated me for having the courage to speak about the people’s issues, especially unity for the sake of religion and race," he said.
The Kelantan Youth Idealist Organisation chairman said TMJ would like to deliver a message and give support for his efforts to speak up on behalf of the Kelantan people and Malaysia in general.
Insya-Allah, His Majesty will meet me after returning to Malaysia," he said.
Wan Mahussin uploaded a five-minute video on his Facebook page three days ago, gaining 1.8 million views.
