SHAH ALAM - Former senior education minister Senator Datuk Dr Mohd Radzi Md Jidin criticises Dr Maszlee Malik's statement regarding the issue of lockers supplied to schools.

The Putrajaya MP said the implementation of the initiative was following phases and open tenders.

“For the next phase we can directly ask the Pakatan Harapan (PH), DAP and BN ministers now.

“What should be done at the time in the Education Ministry had already been implemented by me and the ministry’s management.

“Other than implementing it the best I could before leaving the ministry,” he said through a Facebook post on Thursday.

In conjunction with the Aidiladha celebrations Radzi asked for the former Simpang Renggam MP who was the former Education Minister to stop such slanderous statements.

“Brother, living by being slanderous has no merits! Selamat Hari Raya,” he said.

Maszlee in a Facebook statement on Thursday brought up the locker issue to gain an explanation from the public regarding the latest status of the project that was under the Perikatan Nasional (PN) government.
