SHAH ALAM - The seat negotiations between the Unity Government parties in Kelantan for the upcoming state elections are 99 per cent completed.

PKR's Kelantan and Terengganu state chief Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad said the discussions have been positive.

"We will announce it soon," he told reporters after Sinar Harian's Townhall Programme held tonight.

He said Barisan Nasional (BN) will be given priority in seat allocation in Kelantan and Terengganu compared to Pakatan Harapan (PH).

"However, we (PH) also have a strategic role, especially for seats that can be won there," he said.

Meanwhile, when asked if former Pasir Salak parliamentary candidate, Nik Omar Nik Abdul Aziz will be contesting in a Kelantan, Nik Nazmi said the party's leadership will make the decision.
