Not wrong for PH to imagine defeating Sanusi - Wan Ahmad Fayhsal

SHAH ALAM - The prediction of the unity government's leadership to defeat Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor through their candidate in the upcoming Kedah State Election is merely wishful thinking.
Machang MP, Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal, revealed that the Kedah Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman actually enjoys strong support from the people.
"He truly understands the aspirations of voters in rural areas, especially in Kedah, and possesses a courageous and resolute character in defending the interests of the state. This cannot be denied.
"Sanusi also has a clear vision for the development of Kedah, particularly in the Kulim district. Yes, he may not be perfect, but he certainly possesses strengths that neither Pakatan Harapan (PH) nor Barisan Nasional (BN) have.
"They (PH and BN) can try to defeat him. There's nothing wrong with imagining," he told Sinar on Sunday.
Muhammad Sanusi was appointed as the 14th Menteri Besar of Kedah on May 17, 2020, following the resignation of Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir.
