Four-year-old boy's biological mother sought

SUNGAI PETANI - A four-year-old boy's biological mother is sought after two years of no contact.

The woman known as Yusnizawarinawani Mohd Yusof, 28, from Kelantan, couldn't be traced after she was released from prison two years ago.

Her son, Mohamad Aliff Haqaish Abdul Wahid is now under the care of Khairul Hairuzi Osman, 38, from Sungai Layar, since the child was handed to him at the age of one.

Khairul said the last contact they had with the woman was in August 2021, when she spent time with her son.

"Previously, looking at Aliff's condition, my family had decided to raise him.

"I was informed that his biological mother had just left prison, but her current whereabouts were unknown.

"The purpose of the search now for his biological mother is to complete his identification document needed by the National Registration Department and the Social Welfare Department to ease the process of school registrations," he said.
